Maintenance Technician (Morning shift and Afternoon shift)
Maintenance Dept.

This is a hands-on Maintenance Technician role focused primarily on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production assembly and packaging equipment in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment. This role supports manufacturing operations by performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conducting machine setups and changeovers, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating production machinery, replacing defective components, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating closely with production supervisors and team members to prioritize repairs and ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and reliable operations in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment. The position supports filling, capping, labeling, pressing, packaging, and conveying equipment, ensuring production lines operate safely, efficiently, and reliably in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment.

The Senior Maintenance Technician is a hands-on technical expert responsible for advanced troubleshooting, machine setup, equipment adjustments, and maintenance of production equipment. Supporting a dynamic contract manufacturing environment, this role plays a key part in new product launches, production changeovers, and machine modifications to meet customer requirements, while providing technical guidance and training to junior technicians and driving continuous equipment improvements.
