The Engineer – NPI/Process supports Operations by leading new product introductions and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability. This role collaborates with R&D, Quality, and suppliers to translate new formulations and packaging concepts into reliable, cost effective production processes. The engineer also oversees equipment qualification, develops process documentation, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The Machinist/Mechanic Technician works primarily in the maintenance workshop, operating precision machining equipment—including manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and related tools—to fabricate, modify, or repair parts needed to keep production lines running efficiently. This hybrid role emphasizes machinist duties first, supporting part production and equipment setup, and shifts into mechanic technician responsibilities during slower periods by performing machine changeovers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, completing repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance. The position works closely with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize urgent needs, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient cosmetics manufacturing environment.

The Mechanic Technician supports the Production Department by performing routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, setting up machines for daily production, completing changeovers as needed, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing production lines, replacing or adjusting parts, calibrating equipment, documenting maintenance activities, and working closely with production supervisors to prioritize urgent repairs while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation in a fast paced cosmetics manufacturing environment.

The Key Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day to day account activities while building strong, long term relationships. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure projects—including product development, production, and order fulfillment—are executed accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations. The Key Account Manager also supports sales growth by identifying upselling opportunities, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and ensuring smooth cross department communication. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

TheProduction Planner/Scheduler in the Production Department is responsible fordeveloping and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules, ensuringcustomer orders are planned accurately and completed on time by coordinatingmaterials, labor, and machine capacity. This role reviews work orders and BOMs,confirms component availability with procurement, communicates priorities andchanges to production supervisors, and updates the ERP system to keep schedulesaccurate. The planner monitors progress, resolves delays, and supportsefficiency improvements while working in a fast‑pacedcosmetics manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, communication, andanalytical skills are essential.
