The Engineer – NPI / Process supports Operations by leading new product introductions and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability. This role collaborates closely with R&D, Quality, and suppliers to translate innovative formulations and packaging concepts into reliable, cost-effective production processes. The person will also oversees equipment qualification, develops process documentation, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The Cost Accountant manages and analyzes costs, including turnkey project costing, to ensure accurate financial reporting and support operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor cost drivers, assist with pricing, and identify opportunities for cost savings. It is a hands-on position for candidates eager to grow their skills and contribute to process optimization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day account activities while building strong, long-term relationships. This role coordinates closely with internal teams to ensure projects such as product development, production, and order fulfillment are executed accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations. Additionally, the Account Manager supports sales growth by identifying upselling opportunities, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

The QC Inspector is responsible for conducting in-processinspections, line clearance checks, and product audits to ensure manufacturingactivities comply with GMP and company quality standards. This role supportsquality assurance by reviewing production documentation, identifyingdeviations, and assisting with investigations and corrective actions. The QCInspector works closely with Production teams to maintain product quality,support continuous improvement, and uphold regulatory compliance throughout themanufacturing process. Candidates MUST be available to work in afternoon shift.‍
