This role drives the full product development lifecycle, fromconcept development and formula creation through scale-up, contractmanufacturing support (APR), and commercialization. Working closely withclients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, the Senior R&D Chemistdelivers high-quality, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant products whileidentifying new product opportunities, advancing formulation technologies, andsupporting the continuous growth of the company's innovation pipeline.
