Account Manager
Main Purpose of the Job

The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This role will liaise with cross functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

Reports to
Senior Director of Packaging Development
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Director of Packaging Development with client management, serve as the lead point of contact for all customer   account management matter

  • Execute daily sales functions; process orders, track fulfillment, send invoices, facilitate shortages and remittances

  • Maintain tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales, pl’s, inventory, marketing campaigns, production etc.

  • Communicate and update clients with the status of their orders, replenishment, new product launches and marketing initiatives

  • Complete and file vendor documents and product set up forms

  • Maintain and update line-sheets, order forms and additional sales documents

  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows and events

  • Act as a liaison for the flow of information between sales, marketing, accounting, production,    product development, logistics and design departments

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account

  • Manager or relevant role

  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
